Hardware failures in the middle of start up for G3 - 710?

Hi,

Recently I've been noticing that in the middle of starting up my PC, my monitor would lose connection to my PC briefly or the screen would go black for a long period of time before my PC completely restarts. I've checked my reliability monitor and found multiple errors such as this.

My PC works fine after startup but I'm worried this could get worse in the future.

Hi, not to worry. Kindly try to reset the BIOS to default settings.

    RESET BIOS
    ***********

1.Turn off the unit. When the unit is off completely, press the power to turn on the unit.
2.Immediately keep on tapping the F2 to enter the BIOS.
3.In the BIOS, press F9 to reset the BIOS to setup defaults.
4.At the confirmation screen, press Enter for Yes to load the default configuration.
    5. Press F10 to save your changes, and restart the system. Select Yes and press ENTER to confirm.

Easy, I'll see if the errors occur again within the next week

The error happened again but this time the report provided a little more information

Today my PC had trouble starting up the moment I turned it on. I got this notification once the PC started up properly

My graphics card is specifically an Radeon RX 480

Try powering everything down, then remove and reseat the GPU card. You may be just seeing some dust or corrosion on those contacts.

I've already tried removing the gpu in the past and for some reason something I couldn't see aws holding it in. I undid the screws and flipped the bracket but it still wouldn't come out.

There's a plastic latch at the back of the slot. You have to hold it to the side in order to remove the card.

So I've unscrewed here and flipped the bracket here
And I've held back the plastic latch as far as it goes here

Pulling back the plastic latch pushes the graphics card out a tiny bit but it seems like the side opposite the latch is stuck

The latch should bend enough to the side to allow the card to move.
