Hi guys, my helios 300 (ph315-51)  only after 8 months is lasting 1 hour on 100% charged battery. I have used it very minimal considering its a gaming laptop. I only play FIFA 19 like 4-5 hours on average. Is this normal?
Can you help identify the problem or check/troubleshoot battery performance.

Can you tell me your battery wear level using Battery Bar? Also, how much time can you use your PC in battery saver mode?

So this is what I noticed since yesterday, even on battery saver the battery discharges 1% by a minute... Don't understand how am I getting such low battery performance by playing only FIFA 19 4-5 hours per week.

Looks like your windows is not optimized anymore. Check for any rogue background services, and unneeded background services and disable them or turn them to manual mode.

aparveezsn yes its completely normal depending on what you do/have done while your on battery i recommend to be all the time on AC only use battery when you really need to and you dont have a socket near apart from that never use it on battery
