Is there a list of LCD panels compatible with VN7-592G/V15 nitro? (need 4K UHD glossy/semi-glossy)

I'm guessing the only people with this info would be an Acer representative... but I'm looking for my options to upgrade my VN7-592G (aka V15 nitro black edition) to a 4K UHD panel, preferably glossy or semi-glossy. Is there a list of options anywhere? The only thing I can find is the following listing on eBay for a matte 4K panel:
The following website has a glossy 4K screen listed for the VN7-592G, but it's out of stock and doesnt actually have the specific information on the panel, so I can't search for it elsewhere:

PS: I have a doubt about the compatibility since there are two eDP cables (FHD and UHD) for the VN7-592G series.

Hi,
These two panels are compatible but I can not tell you the cable is universal( to accomodate both 30Pins & 40Pins), howeve,r when I checked for the cable I found only one type:https://www.acerspareparts.co.uk/product/33139/Acer-LCD-EDP-Cable-Non-Touch/
There's an ouside chance it could work for 30Pin and 40Pin connectors and another factor is eDP(2lanes) and eDP(4lanes).
Your current screen has eDP 2lanes, UHD has 4lanes, I have switched to eDP 2lanes screen from eDP 1lane with the same cable but both screens were 30Pin type.
Please wait for Laurent's advice and others.

If I have the eDP cable that is only compatible with FHD and not UHD, is it possible to upgrade to a UHD compatible eDP cable? Or is that part of the motherboard and not removeable?

I hope there will be some way for me to make a UHD screen work on this laptop. Patiently awaiting Laurent's (or others) to get a confirmation on compatibility.

Thanks for the help laurent_14! That is fine if I need to replace other parts. I just need to know exactly what parts I will need, and what options I have for a 4K panel.

Acer Spareparts does not sell LCD's though, so I need to find that elsewhere. What is the part number for the UHD panel you linked? Is that the ONLY 4K panel that is compatible with the 592G, or do I have other options?
