Please help! I can't control my cpu's fan, I went to the BIOS and there was no option to change it, and predator sense does not allow me to change my cpu's fan. I have a Predator Orion 3000 and the specs are:

Intel Ci7-8700/2TB HDD/512GB SSD/16GB RAM/GeForce RTX 2070

What type of change do you want it to do? CPU fan is usually fully controlled by the BIOS.

Not easily done, why do you want to change it? Too noisy?

@billsey, CPU temperatures get kinda high for gaming standards.

@billsey, so is there a way to control my CPU fan? I’d really appreciate it if you would tell me. I recently got a BSOD from overheating while playing Rise Of The Tomb Raider...

BSOD never happens from CPU temp, when things get too hot (100°C) you get a simple shutdown, just like pulling the power. I don't think there is any way to modify the BIOS control of the CPU fan. You can sometimes get better temps by replacing the thermal paste between the heatsink and CPU but it's usually better to replace the whole cooling block with a higher quality one, liquid cooled or a bigger heatsink. 80°C is pretty much a normal temperature for heavy gaming and nothing to worry about.
The BSOD on the other hand is a worry, unless it only happened the one time. If you are seeing it too often write down the particulars and report back, we can try to diagnose whether it's hardware or software.
