    Hi,
Could you please post the model of your laptop, like Gx-xxx, in the mean time, go to Device manager, expand Display adaptors, go to the Properties of your NVIDIA card, post the snip of the driver version showing in Driver tab.

    Hi there
Yes it is there device manager - display adapters - Nvidia GeForce GTX 1660Ti

I've seen many compliments about this as well. It seems clean windows install or only downloading through GeForce experience works. But I don't want to use GeForce experience since it will give me the latest driver which I don't want. I wanted to specifically Install the 430.86 which works the best for my system

The issue seems to be that windows took over all drivers and to downgrade seems to create the issues i would probably try to find out on nvidia forums why is the reason you cannot downgrade into the driver you want this seems to only happen in the new 1903 im still on 1809 since the beginning with updates disabled never had a single issue for 18months now :)
