 cannot find any detailed specs on this model, I need to upgrade RAM, M.2 and SSD

    Good Morning Cachia !

    This model supports standard M.2 2280 SSD on both Sata 3 and NVMe Gen3x2.
    However due to the constant errors that NVMe technology has been causing due to non-standardization, I suggest you get a Sata 3 standard without NVMe and at least 480Gb.

    As for RAM, it supports a maximum of 20Gb (4Gb being integrated into the motherboard and a single slot for expansion up to 16Gb) So-DIMM DDR4 1866 / 2133Mhz

    Hello,
    The maximum memory amount is 20GB DDR4 1866/2133MHz (4GB on-board+ 1x16GB). About M.2 SSD, you have already the maximum capacity tested by Acer but may be it's no the limit. It should support a NVMe SSD:

    In this frequency range the chipset may be error-prone as the default is a maximum of 2400.

    Thanks for all the info.......RAM upgraded to 20Gb (added 1x16Gb 2133Mhz)......bought kit and added 512Gb SSD in HDD place
