    touchpad is working keypad not working

    Oops my bad, mistaken as touchpad. is any keys specifically not working on keypad or all the keys have the issue. try to press the numlock once and check.

    all keys suddenly stopped working tried pressing numlock but doesnt work

    Please check the steps below.
    1. Right click Start.
    2. Select Device Manager.
    3. Expand Keyboards category.
    4. Right click the keyboard you want to repair.
    5. Select Uninstall.
    6. Click Start.
    7. Select Restart on the power button icon.
    8. Let the computer restart after which Windows will reinstall the keyboard driver.Image result for right click on start menu

    i have uninstalled keyboard  drivers but problem not sorted  out

    Try with an external keyboard. Is the unit under the warranty? We can try to do a refresh on the unit with the below steps. you will loose your apps on the unit but not your files,folders or docs.

    1. Navigate to Settings. ...
    2. Select "Update & security"
    3. Click Recovery in the left pane. ...
    4. Click Get started under Reset this PC.
    5. Click   Keep my files. ->Reset.
