Hi, I see that your computer is freezing up. Sorry to hear it. Kindly try the below steps.

    1)Unplug the AC power adapter.
2)Press and hold the Power button down until the unit goes off.
3)Search for a pinhole on the backside of your laptop, insert a small paperclip in the battery reset pinhole, press and hold it down for 25 seconds. Then release the paperclip and try to turn on the unit and check.

This happens due to unwanted potential energy that gets accumulated in the computer.

@Tenembris @MartinJohn00001 I'm currently having very similar problems. I have no lag/freeze/fps drops when i'm playing Sekiro, but when I play League of Legends, Age of Empires II, Apex Legends sometimes the games freezes(fps go to 0) for 0,5 - 1,0 seconds and then fps come back to normal.

@Skylit i read somewhere that thermal paste can be a problem i will change paste and by cooling pad maybe that will help if not i will by new disk and ram

What temperature are you running at? If it's below 90c then overheating isn't the cause, if it's above that then I would repaste with Grizzly Kryonaut. I always keep my fans on max and I use a powered Targus cooling mat. If heat isn't your problem let me know and I have some other things for you to try. The HDD has no influence on frame rate or freezing it only gives a slower initial load time in comparison to an SSD. Make sure that your battery is at 100% BEFORE you game and then keep it plugged in while you game.

I never game with less than 16gb of RAM.
