Try an ALT+F10 cold boot re-set or refresh outside of the Windows environment by following the video below. The best way to rule in or rule out a hardware issue is a full erase-everything cold boot factory re-set. Sorry about Kaspersky but Microsoft's automatically updated Defender and MSRT are really all that are needed now with perhaps with occasional use of a regularly updated standalone scanner like McAfee's Stinger. (1) Why did you re-set the laptop?

    (2) What re-set method did you use?

I did a reset because after installing Kaspersky . The system began to restart  every two minutes. Went to blue screen saying error: bad pool header. Fst did a Windows 10 repair through usb flash drive by troubleshooting. The issue was not solved so i i went to settings- recovery- reset this pc
