Unable to redeem free 100 GB Google drive offer for 2 years

I have brand new chromebook cb514-1h. When i try to redeem offer i get error 500 every time. No help with private browsing mode or the faq quide related to topic. When i registered my acer product i got notification : Our records indicate the serial number you have entered is no longer eligible for warranty support. Is this related to google drive problem? Product should have full 2 year warranty. Bought 5 days ago, sealed package and never being in use.

Did you buy it in Finland? If yes, did you try to register it at this link with the serial number id (SNID) http://www.acer.com/ac/fi/FI/content/support ? Jack E/NJ

Check the serial number id (SNID) again by pressing the WIN+R keys. Enter 'cmd'. At the command prompt enter 'wmic bios get serialnumber'. The result should match the SNID on the bottom of the machine or the UPC label. Jack E/NJ

Sorry.You said it's registred but warranty status indicates information is not available.What information are you looking for. The warranty? Or the Google Drive redemption? What link are you using for the Google Drive redemption? Jack E/NJ

There is all so Google 1 offer for one year, but i prefer to get drive offer for two years.
I have contacted Google on this error 500 problem, but they say that it is not Google related and i have to contact Acer support to fix it. When i called to Acer, they say that it's not Acer related that offer is not working. They suggested that it is reseller's problem and i have to contact them.
When i explained how the offer work's and Google's offer page detects eligible product's, Acer support drop the reseller angle and now they "try" to do something to the problem. Sounded like don't get your hopes up...
Maybe i try to powerwash this thing for the last resort. I feel like Google or Acer don't care if customer has this kind of problems0 -
