      has anybody got any ideas the hard drive doesn't recognise when l plug the phone in.

      This is also what I was looking for on my device. Some of the best solutions are to install alternative files.

      This is one of the interesting things. Besides, toques para celular samsung is also what i can suggest for you.

      You need a Samsung special USB driver so that your Samsung USB Driver for Mobile Phones and for your particular phone can connect to your Win-10 PC, I've had Galaxy S4's to S21 Ultra's and they all connected and work perfectly with Win-10 but, the Microsoft "Your Phone" app not so much as that is a very fiddley and not so simple app to connect your phone to.
