How can I make my Acer Aspire S7-391 webcam show?

Below is what I see in my Device Manager:
I've already tried installing the Acer CrystalEye Webcam Driver but still nothing...
Any help in me being able to use my webcam again would be truly appreciated!

My data is limited so I can't upgrade to Windows 8, 8.1 or 10 yet.0 -
If the device was shipped with Windows 7 then use acer recovery management application and click on recovery, you would get option to recover the drivers. Check for acer crystal eye webcam drivers. on second thought as you mentioned that the webcam was not detected in any of the links. I would recommend you to disable Anti-Virus ( if any ) for time being and then check if the web camera is working. The reason is Anti-Virus programs also interferes with webcam to safeguard your device.Click on 'Yes' to accept my comment as answer0 -

I searched for "acer recovery management" and "crystal eye webcam" but there's no results.
I have no anti-virus yet, I can't download large datas yet like anti-virus because I'm only using mobile pocket wifi and it's data is limited.
I'll be able to get more data soon to be able to download heavy apps.0 -
