cpu overheating not using anything!! plz help!

hi am new here sorry if its not the right place to post!
i have acer predator helios 300 i7 7th gen 7700hq gtx 1060 and when i start up the windows the cpu quickly goes to 90 95c degree and it shows that it's only using  10% !!!! this happens when am on best
performance option when i put it on balance option it goes to 60c but i need to know why it the heat goes up like that while am not using the laptop at all !! please help!
i did under-volt to 0.120 and i even went to 0.160 but its good when it's on the balance option but when i go to best performance option even when am not doing anything the temperate goes to 95c.

    @rudyhill as this is not normal my suggestion is contact acer support (if still on warranty) explain them the issue and ask them for a repaste or a possible repair/replacement im pretty sure the issue its the thermal paste  as your gpu temps are pretty normal normal and the fans also seems to be working properly if you are out of warranty you can repaste it yourself i recommend kryonaut

    @@xapim i did repaste! but i noticed when i unplug the charger the cpu stay at 60 and low on best performance option and when i plug the charger in the cpu go back to 80 90!

    You have a bad a bad repaste there you have to re-do everything again too much paste its bad and too less its also bad it has to be the exact amount just spread a really thin layer on both diodes by the way which paste are you using and regarding the charger its normal when you unplug it it will go to battery saving mode automatically reducing the performance by 50% because the battery cannot provide enough power for full performance neither the adapter alone itself for full performance you need both working at the same time that is the main purpose of the battery to aid the adapter

    @xapim i watched how to repaste it and am pretty sure i did it right i did it like 3 times to make sure but is it normal that the cpu temo goes to 90 while am not doing anything like this is so annoying i did all the sulutions out there but my cpu is quickly overheating
    ps: i don't feel the heat on the laptop it's like little worm not soooo hot!!

    @xapim update!
    i repaste it again but this time I screwed the screws well and made the destines between the  heatsink and cpu little and now the normal cpu temp is 54 on best performance option and when gaming top temp is 86!!! and all that with no undervolt!
