USB 3.0 not working in Acer Nitro 5 AN515-51 Gaming Laptop

I bought Acer Nitro 5 AN515-51 Gaming Laptop from Flipkart last year on April 26th '18.
The USB 3.0 port on the left is not working.
Any quick help would be appreciated.

    Are your drivers up to date?
    Have you installed the chipset, serial IO, sata AHCI, etc?

    Same problem for me.. External usb mouse not connecting in all ports but data storage device connected in all ports. Any help

    So your problem is the mouse.
    On which port does the mouse not connect, in 3.0?
    What exact model of your laptop?

    i have the same problem, usb3 external hard drive runs okay on the other usb ports but it does not run on the usb3 port, no other usb3 device runs on it
