Battery must be near 100% charged, charger plugged in, and Control Panel power plan set to performance mode BEFORE you start gaming. Jack E/NJ

Yes, but is the charger also plugged in and battery near 100% charged before you start gaming? This is important for me to know. Jack E/NJ

Do games lag and freeze immediately or only after a few minutes? Jack E/NJ

Games like fifa 19 freezes when I start any match while other games keep having fps drop from 30 or more to 2 and 1 every 2 seconds

Press WIN+R keys. Enter 'msinfo32.exe'. Post screenshot of right panel if you can. Jack E/NJ

You need to add at least a 4GB DDR4 module, preferrably an 8GB modules for 12GB total. You only have 4GB on the mainboard now. Fifa19 bare minimum requires at least 8GB. Jack E/NJ

My ram is soldered in that module so I can't increase and btw fifa 19 Running on my cousin laptop with lower graphic card and 4 G ram too

Yes. Your mainboard has 4GB soldered module. But it also has an empty module slot to ADD 4GB or 8GB module. I can't comment on your cousin's laptop without knowing it's complete specs. Jack E/NJ

Sorry, it is possible that it does not due to regional mainboard variations. The only way to be sure is to remove the back cover and lift the battery to see if the open slot is there. Jack E/NJ

Okay thank you for help but opening it to see can affect warranty ?

If you don't see tamper seals on the screwheads or case parts, should be OK if you don't break anything. Did the vendor/seller tell you that it had no open memory slot? If so, I probably wouldn't open it if you're concerned about warranty. Jack E/NJ
