    Good night renzai4 !

The error of 100% disk usage in absoluatemnte has nothing to do with hardware or with Acer.
This error is unique to Windows 8, 8.1, and 10.

What is the release version of sue windows, 1803 or 1809?
    Is there an antivirus installed?
Which service most consumes resources on the HDD in the device manager?

mine is windows 10 1803, no anti virus installed. The guy at the acer shop uninstalled the norton anti virus that comes with it cause he said its no good. But why is it like this even now i cant install a software because it'll use 100% of my disk and now my memory too.

Install a fresh copy of Windows 10 from a thumb drive. You need to delete everything that's in the hard drive so be careful! Get it done at a store if you don't have prior experience working on Windows installations. You need to update the PC after the reinstallation for best performance.

Goto task manager and sort according to disk usage and see what is consuming hard disk more. If some of the programs are there which you don't use like antivirus and other utilities then see if you can uninstall them from control panel. Hope that will solve your issue.

    Bad tip.
Since in the original factory HDD there are the OEM system recovery partitions created by Acer.
If these partitions are deleted or damaged, 2 problems will occur:
The first is that you will lose the warranty of current software.
The second is that you will be able to restore and have your OEM system again (unless you are shipping to Acer and paying a value for reinstallation).
