Hello,
My laptop model is ES14  - ES1-433G-59V6 . I want to know whether this model is allowed for RAM Upgrade.  Currently , RAM is 4GB and how can I remove it to put one with 16GB? If yes, please advise what model of RAM is suitable for this laptop model.

Thanks,
Jairo

The laptop should have 4GB on board memory(non-removable) and a single RAM slot that supports up to 8GB of RAM. This is all according to the manufacturer's info.

Thanks for this! Do you know what model of RAM I can use for this laptop?

The RAM you can use is DDR4-2133
Always post the following characterisitcs of the device:
    -Model number
    -Part number(not required, but helpful)
    -CPU
    -GPU
    -Operating system

Helios 300 and Nitro 5 users DO NOT update the BIOS to version 1.22 if you don't want the keyboard's backlight to turn off after 30 seconds even when the device is plugged in.
