Should I install a 2.5 hard drive into the old computer?
Then move all the files to the 2.5 hard drive
Then install the 2.5 hard drive into the new TC-885?
If possible, any suggestions for which 2.5 HD to buy.
(for the TC-885, can't install a 3.5, has to be 2.5 ?)

Answer:
There are three SATA3 ports on the mainboard; 1 for the ODD, 1 for the 3.5” drive and 1 extra. You can mount a second 2.5" hard drive on the HDD metal bracket, below the 3.5” HDD on the case.

The easiest way to transfer the files from the old computer to the new computer is through your wifi router connection. Both computers should be on your wifi router network. Then you don't have to change anything on the old computer.

Go to crucial dot com and enter your TC-885-ACCFLi30 model number for specs on compatible memory modules and HDD/SSD upgrades that you can use. Your machine will support up to 32 GB of DDR4 memory modules and a variety of added HDD/SSD drives. You don't have to buy from crucial but they guarantee whatever you buy from them will work, no questions asked.

    (1) Does your old computer work?
    (2) What model is your old computer?
    (3) Does your old computer have a USB port?
