Hello. It's me again, the person where people don't care about me, and my previous problem of the computer not turning on at all is fixed, but now there's a badder problem. When I was trying to fix my computer, like an *****, I touched the highly stable wires that connect the keyboard and trackpad to the motherboard. It got undone. I fixed it, a few days later (today) however, whenever I boot up, Windows gets a BSOD, then restarts into Advanced Options. But then, I can't use my keyboard or trackpad to do anything! Does somebody have a fix? If you do, tell me.
Thanks, EmreTechYT.

    Hi @EmreTechYT,

    Since you have multiple issue try to do a refresh. in this you might loose apps and programs installed but your doc and files will be saved. Choose keep my files in reset.
    Follow the steps below.
    1. Navigate to Settings. ...
    2. Select "Update & security"
    3. Click Recovery in the left pane. ...
    4. Click Get started under Reset this PC.
    5. Click Remove everything. ->just remove my files->Reset.
    6.

    Unfortunately, I have files and programs I don't want deleted. And even if I did that, my keyboard and trackpad might not still work.

    UPDATE: I got it booting properly with an external keyboard! However, the keyboard and trackpad are still not working. It even doesn't work when I want to get to the BIOS or the boot menu.

    @EmreTechYT,

    Try to reinstall the drivers for keyboard and touchpad.
    *Open device manager->double click on keyboards ->right click on keyboard driver and select uninstall. DO NOT delete the drivers just uninstall it. similarly do it for synaptic drivers.
    *Restart the computer.

    Alright, I’ll try that. If it doesn’t work, I might have to redo the cables inside the laptop.
