I have an Acer Aspire E1 - 510 [64bits] running on windows 8.1 but the problem is the single left USB port is not working and the double right ports are not supporting USBs connected to phone.. The phones will only be charging so i dont know if i just need a drivers pack or there is a simpler solution..
Please Help.

    Good night Rob_Nations !

Is the problem only on the battery or plugged into the power outlet too?
    Are your drivers properly updated?
Have you downloaded and installed the drivers for the phone handsets?
Already downloaded from the site of Acer?

This link is to update the drivers for your notebook. The drivers for the mobile must be downloaded from the developer's own website.
