My computer updated and I've lost all touchscreen capability along with all keyboard and mouse capability. This includes both trying a wireless mouse and keyboard along with trying wired mouse and keyboard. The computer comes on and takes me to my desktop. However, I can get no further. Usually, I click the mouse or hit enter and my password box pops up. Thank you in advance if you have any directions to fix this and/or tell me to take it to repair shop. It is out of warranty with Acer but I purchased an extended warranty.

    Hi,

    Have you tried a reset? If not, remove the AC adapter, press power button for few seconds, let it rest for a while and try restarting.

    I am experiencing the exact same issue! Have you been able to solve this?
