My Aspire will not boot into windows, ive gone into BIOS an still not booting. Blue screen appears an says Recovery Your pc needs repair. Then reads a required device insn't connected or cant be accessed. It reads application or operating system couldnt be loaded because a required file is missing or contains errors. Says i need recovery tools  on my installation media. I dont have installation media . Has anyone else had this issue? How can i resolve?

    Good afternoon mist1974 !

    Can you access Bios?
    Is the HDD recognized?
Is WIndowsBootManager set to be the first to launch?
Have you tried to reinstall the factory system by pressing ALT + F10 when turning the power on before the Acser logo is displayed?

Yes i am able to access Bios. HDD password? I apologize im new at this. HDD password says clear. And lastely yes Windows Boot Manager is set first. I have tried ALT F10 , my computer then acts as if in a frozen state nothing pops up. I havent installed any new programs in weeks.  I have Norton Security just not the back up sadly. I aslo have Driver Support but again these were installed weeks ago.

Is the HDD normally recognized on Bios?

HDD stated earlier that it was frozen, now its clear. Im wondering if part of my issue could lie with in the EFI file trusted for executing?

One problem that usually causes this error is the HDD being bamboo, misplaced or the damaged sata cable.
That way he would have to open the equipment to verify.

bro don't think too much just remove your Ram and clean it if you have 2 Ram then remove one Ram and install windows 7 if same problm comes then replace your hard drive and try to new install a new copy of windows .

blue screen comes only 2 case when Ram is not okay
and second is when Hard disk is cruppted

so dont think too much just download new windows OS install windows on 1 Ram if same problem comes then replace your hard disk .hope it will help you

    thank you, Ram Sharma,
