Hi everyone,

I saw many posts talking about it but all of them only mention that the RAM can be upgraded to 8GB.
So there is 4GB "on-board", and 4GB sodimm. I understood that the sodimm can be upgraded to 8GB (total 12GB), but can't I upgrade to any compatible sodimm size ? Like 16GB sodimm (total 20GB) or even more if 32GB sodimm are built in the future.

Cheers

This model is on the European market.
It supports a maximum of 12Gb of SO-DIMM DDR4 2133 / 2400Mhz RAM, with 4Gb integrated to the motherboard and 1slot available for upgrade.
By default comes with 8Gb (4Gb soldered and 4Gb in the slot).

    Good Morning Ultinio !

First, what exact model of your laptop?
    Example: SF314-56-56L8

I need this information to be able to correctly check the memories.
Anyway, understand that there are physical limits imposed by chipset, controllers, etc.

I am an Ace member and have access to some proprietary files from Acer, besides having access to other forums!
