Hello, my name is Brandon. I am newish to PC as I have had my Helios 300 for about 5-6 months. I have played just cause 3, apex, bo4 and a few other games with perfect framerates for me as im not asking for anything spectacular, just at least 60 FPS. I recently downloaded "Sekrio Shadows Die Twice" it is only a 12 gig games and basic computers should be able to run the game at decent fps without a hitch, but for some reason I cannot run the game at even 10 FPS. I uninstalled every game from my laptop and have updated my drivers through the Geforce experience application. I am not for sure what to do as I am completely clueless with computers. I have noticed that when I open my predator sense it says my GPA is idling when I have Sekrio open. I take care of my PC as I only use it for homework and playing games like ARK or Just cause. Im so new to PC that if yall need me to do something it will have to be step by step, sorry for this inconvenience, I realize now my lack of PC knowledge is biting me in the butt and I am trying to learn more to be able to improve my gaming experiences. please help!!

-Model number- Predator PH315-51
-Part number(not required, but helpful)
-CPU- Intel Core i7-8750H CPU
-GPU- NVIDIA GTX 1060-Operating system- Windows 10
----Also i noticed that when I opened the diagnostic tool thing (which took me forever and googling to figure out how to do) I noticed that there is a Display 1 and Display 2. Display 2 is where my GTX 1060 is at.. I dont know if this is a big deal or not because sometimes I run a HDMI to my gaming monitor for two screens but It said display 2 without it being connected. Could this be why I am getting abysmal frame rates?0 -

Your device has 2 GPUs Intel HD graphics(integrated in the CPU) and Nvidia graphics. When the system detects a GPU demanding application it automatically runs it with the Nvidia GPU, but in some cases it doesn't consider some games as heavy GPU applications, so it runs with Intel HD graphics to conserve battery. There is no point running non graphics intensive tasks with the more powerful GPU, while the weaker one will still do the task flawlessly, while using less power. For more information you can google 'Nvidia optimus'.
Setting Nvidia as the preferred graphics processor forces all applications to use the Nvidia GPU. You can also adjust this for individual application by simply going to 3d settings and then going to the program settings tab.Always post the following characterisitcs of the device:
