Unable to find the proper Intel UHD Graphics 630 driver

I have an Aspire TC-885 with an Intel UHD 630 graphics card.  I installed Windows 10 Enterprise on it and now am unable to install the proper driver for this video card.  I tried the driver provided by Acer (which is an older version than what was on originally on the computer) and I've tried the driver provided by Intel but no good.  I get an error message that says, "This installation package is not supported by this processor type."  Is it possible to get an Acer version of, Intel UHD Graphics 630 - ver. 23.20.16.4973  2/28/2018 (or maybe newer)?

    Try installing the dch driver: https://downloadmirror.intel.com/28646/a08/dch_igcc_win64_25.20.100.6618.zip


    That did not work.  I got the same error message.  Thank you for the suggestion.  

  • Can you tell me the idhardware of the video card?

    What is the bios version?

    What is the bios version?

    It looks like a Windows update has solved the problem.  I had both screens for a few minutes.  I've had to reboot but it is either still updating in the background or the update is causing a problem.  I'll let you know how this all turns out.  Thanks again.

    A pending Windows update seems to have corrected the problem.  I thought I was already up to date but no so.  The update solved the problem.  Thanks for the help.
