Hi all!
I'm trying to install Xubuntu from pendrive but when Xubuntu starts the following message is displayed "Unable to find a medium containing a live file system".
I've created pendrive using Etcher, boot mode is "UEFI" and secure boot is disabled.
Thanks in advance for a help.

Try creating the bootable disk using Rufus. Choose the ISO file, GPT partition and click on "Ready". It will pop up a little window asking if you want to create the disk using ISO mode or DD mode. Select DD mode. Once finished, try booting Xubuntu.

    Good Morning Robertocsp !

First, make sure you do not use a USB 3.0 port for installation.
It must be performed on USB 2.0.
Make sure the md5sum on your iso image is correct.
Also check the Bios for AHCI compatibility and OS options; Winows / Others.

    Try that trick:
pull the USB drive while the dots are flashing as if it's looking for something, then reinstalling it into the same port.

    Hi MaClane!
Bios can access pendrive. It starts booting from pendrive. Xubuntu logo is displayed on the screen, but soon after this, an error message is shown.
I did not find a way to change OS options but sata is AHCI.
    I've checked iso file md5. It's ok!
    Regards, Roberto

By the problem I believe that this can solve your problem to install the distro in Uefi mode, since for the image, it is not possible to mount on the HDD format that is possibly in GPT.

    Hi MaClane!
It's ok now! The problem was caused by a pendrive. I've changed it to another one and everything worked well!
Thanks a lot for your help.
