If updating your drivers like the above suggestion doesn't work, you can try turning off hardware acceleration.

Hi everybody, I have found the solution to our common dilemma.
Apparently, there are two options that really really works, straight up.

1st (if you're computer savvy, I recommend you to do this)
-update your graphics driver (rx560x) and "kaching.." it will immediately work wonder for you. Based on my research.

2nd (if you're not computer savvy, like me.I recommend you to do this) This is the one I did and did work for me.
    1.Start Photoshop
    2. Select Edit / Preferences / Performance
    3. UNCHECK 'Use Graphics Processor'
    4. Quit and restart  Photoshop

I hope it can help. Thank you. :)B)

Hey guys I found the best solution for this, since it also affects other programs that deal with GPU.
Download the latest drivers for your Radeon RX 560 here - https://www.amd.com/en/support/graphics/radeon-500-series/radeon-rx-500-series/radeon-rx-560 and it should work like 100% for you.

Agreed but this is the direct download link

Please click YES if I answered your question

I am not an ACER employee
Thank you and have a blessed day  B)
