Yes both models come with 144hz panels BUT... you need to check with the seller in your country first.
I have seen where the models list Helios 300's that should have 144hz panels but the sellers removed them prior to selling.
In any case if from a legit vendor those models do indeed have 144hz screens.

Yeah, I'm buying it in Spain and most of them won't show its refresh rate. So I assume, they are 60hz.

I would ask the seller because the specific models you posts are 144hz. If they sell you something with 60hz then its false advertising.

Fair enough, do you know what's the difference between the 50Y7 and 53MZ?

Hmmmmmmmm I do not since these are not given on the list of models in America.
Although I have yet to see a 2018 model that comes at 60hz.

Still your best bet and my advice is to contact the seller.
Things like 50Y7 or 53MZ could mean specifications of the HDD installed or RAM amount etc.

Yup definitely it differs from shop/seller to seller and also countries so better always ask before buying and some shops do whatever they can to save some money by downgrading hardware don't let them con you but unless they have Acer seals to reseal it again (which some of them probably might have) the seals would come broken or even on a oem box never saw it but its possible i've seen them doing loads just to save money :p
