Acer Travelmate P255 or is it ?

Good day all ,
I have come across a very strange laptop that has been giving me issues in all aspects.
According to my bios it's a Travelmate P255
However if I add in the serial number that's on my bios or use the software that Acer supplies to get the serial number it doesn't pick it up. The main issues I have are the following

CPU Genuine Intel 0000 0.8 GHz ( What is that ? ) According to all the posts this machine came out with i3,5 or 7 ...

Second issue is the bios update I cannot find a bios update for this machine according to Acer the latest bios is 2.17 ok but it doesn't allow me to upgrade the bios because my bios is v0.12T4

The reason for the need of upgrading my bios is because I keep on having conflict drivers with my hd8750 that is installed in the machine and then when I get the code 43 the machine gives me really funny lines on startup and goes back to normal when in windows.

I reinstalled Windows several times to try and pinpoint the issue but as soon as the second update comes through my hd8750 bombs out.

In the notebook box or the back, see if there is a serial similar to this: NX.V8WAA.001

H,i Thank you but where is the link to the program to download and submit.
I have all of this .The serial number doesn't work and the bios version is V0.12T4 1/26/2013. So

Can you submit a photo of the "system information" section? Here shows both the notebook model and the bios version!

Well I can't now , all I'm getting now is a backlit black screen
But on msinfo32 it states the following info as listed above

Have you tried resetting the battery according to this video?

Can you specify the model better? Example: p255-m or p255-mpg?

Mine does not have the hole to reset the battery
The closest I got is p225mg or mp

Your model has external battery! To perform a power reset, turn off the notebook and unplug it from the electrical outlet. Then unplug the lithium battery and press the power button for thirty seconds and see if the black screen disappears!

Tried it , still has the white backlit screen .
So before this happend I took a brand new SSD that I had in stock and started installing windows 10 from scratch it ran through the installation
On the first restart the system went to this white backlit screen. But funny enough I can hear cortana asking about my country ... But I cannot see anything.
I then went further and arranged an external screen still nothing ....😮
So I thought let me reinstall the original SSD that came out of the machine with a working windows 10 still same sort white background lit screen but can't see anything ...

Have you tried connecting the original hd? Ever tried disconnecting the rams memories?

When connecting the external monitor, did you press the fn + f5 keys to transfer the image? Have you checked this connection yet?

Yes I press the FN+f5 and also double checked the screen and cable with another laptop to make sure, o haven't checked the internal cable but I'm going to strip the machine now to double check

Ok so stripped the entire machine , cleaned everything out replaced the thermal paste on the CPU and GPU also removed the internal battery

I noticed that the CPU does not have the normal code eg,SR0MN which is funny ....
So like all the other numbers on this machine I cannot find any relevant information on this machine
