Swift 3 SF315 41 cinebench CPU results

Lately I've been having less cinebench scores
Bios v2.11
Windows 10 1809
I clearly remember 2 months ago when I checked it was always 540 range... But now when I check. Whatever I do it is not even getting 500, it's always about 440-480.
Checked the performance profiles, reset the bios settings to default (even though I haven't changed a thing in it)
Although I get 42fps in opengl score, CPU is not being used to the mark like before
Can someone confirm their cinebench CPU results? Also provide which windows 10 version 1709,1803,1809 etc

I tried everything in my ability and I still got only 550 lol. That too with a cold bootitace said:My Cinebench result is here.Bios v2.12

I guess we need to change the thermal paste. A guy with aspire 3 same kinda model A315 41 had similar results before pasting
After he did ..he got constant 550 all the time and with cold boot 630
Which is exactly what the anandtech website reported
I even edited the dsdt to get 35w TDP but it only hits 35w first 10 seconds (stressing with cpuz and furmark conbined) the temperatures are still locked at 75 ..I'm guessing it's in bios because I saw older threads saying v1.02 had upto 83 thermal threshold but after updates the benchmark scores reduced by a lot.
