    • CB5-571 Chrome OS missing or damaged

    My Daughter's Chromebook Acer CB5-571 came up with Chrome OS is missing or damaged message. Downloaded new copy of the OS. But after verifying the integrity of the recovery media, it display "an unexpected error has occurred". 

    Trying repeating the process, still getting the same.

    Is anyone able to help?

      CB5-571 Chrome OS missing or damaged, please how can I go by the recovery stages

      Try doing a system reset to see if that will get the corruption cleared.
