Spoken audio drowned by background music on Helios Predator 300

When listening to youtube videos which have background music or other sounds, the music is very often too loud. If I listen on other devices, e.g. laptops, tablets, or phones, the background sound is much quieter. I'm wondering if the Predator 300, being a gaming laptop, is somehow optimized to amplify background music and effects. Is there anyway I can boost the spoken audio, or reduce the background sounds?

    Sound devices --> check for what enhancements or equalizer that may be causing this.

    Thanks for the reply. I reinstalled the driver which seems to have helped a bit.
