CMD poped up always

From last few days, I am facing a problem, which is my cmd terminal pops up on regular baises out of nowhere.It contains a message which I am giving bellow

Too many arguments in command line.
The process tried to write to a nonexistent pipe.
FINDSTR: Cannot open c:\ProgramData\packard bell\updater2\updater2.xml
The system cannot find the path specified.
Too many arguments in command line.
FINDSTR: Cannot open c:\ProgramData\gateway\updater2\updater2.xml
The system cannot find the path specified.
Too many arguments in command line.
FINDSTR: Cannot open c:\ProgramData\founder\updater2\updater2.xml
The system cannot find the path specified.
Too many arguments in command line.

Please help me with this, It's very annoying and also hamper my game play.

    Looks like a virus attack! Do you have any antivirus installed on your system? If not, I would recommend installing one immediately, and running a scan.

    Also, check the programs that auto start with windows, and any tasks under task scheduler, and delete as needed in both.

    No I am not using any antivirus right now. Windows startup program seems ok. Is windows defender is enough??

    Windows defender should be enough. Which ACER, Packard-Bell or Gateway model number do you have? If it's an ACER brand model, it may have the wrong Windows version installed. Jack E/NJ

    Get the Avast internet security; been using it for over 7 years now. Plus there is a crazy deal on amazon for 3 user 2 year license for under $15. And this surely does more than what Defender does.

    are you sure it's a virus I just got that thing too but I have f-secure running scan atm

    Filenames and their path names are too similar to one another to think otherwise.

    I have superantispyware and nod32 on all my systems and in all the pcs i installed/repaired so far a no virus at all if u suspect and no virus on any ever just run malwarebytes first to see if it finds anything if so clean it and after install a good antivirus/spyware and follow @sri369 instructions spyware etc can setup tasks to run on startup even in your browsers

    I suggest you run a quick and/or full scan with Windows malicious software removal tool. Press the WINkey + Rkey. Enter 'mrt'. Jack E/NJ

    post a screenshot of all your startup programs. as well as task scheduler.
