Hi
When I plug charger to my Acer Aspire R5-571t. Frequency of CPU slow down to ~0,8 GHz. Normal work is impossible. When I unplug charger, everything come to normal. I think is called "throttling CPU", isn't it? Frequency of CPU,  speed up with increasing battery charge. How to resolve this problem?

Open Control Panel. Search 'power'. Click on choose a power plan in the left pane. Change power plan from Balanced or Power Saver to High or Maximum performance. Jack E/NJ

Open Device Manager. Click batteries folder. Uninstall Microsoft ACPI-compliant control method. Exit Device Manager without re-installing anything. Jack E/NJ

I can't say exactly when it was. The computer has been slowing down for a long time. I was looking for the reason of that . I don't know, does it have a connection with my problem. But the computer starts up very slowy. He is less than two years old only. I have order on the computer. New drivers, BIOS, Windows updates.

Yes, the dates that the major Win10 updates were installed can be relevant. if it's been going on for more than a few months, the Win10update restore points are probably gone. You can check the earliest restore points by opening Control Panel. Search 'restore point'. Click 'create a restore point' in the  left pane. Click on the system restore box. Click Next. To show all the restore points with date stamps. Jack E/NJ

At this point I can  only suggest that you backup your personal files and reset the machine to a factory fresh Win10 state as shown in the video below. This will rule in or rule out a hardware issue. I also advise you to turn on system protection so that automatic restore points are created and you can temporarily delay update that may be causing this behavior. Jack E/NJ

Thank you very much for help. I also thought about reinstalling the system.
