Product warranty status unknown

Hi. recently I purchased acer predator i5 8th Gen laptop from flipkart India. I registered the product as soon as possible (11th dec). but after that while i was trying to check the status of my warranty, the page says no info. found. even when I try to buy the extended warranty , after entering the SNID/serial number, it says SNID doesn't exist. please help whether I have purchased a fake product! thanks in advance!
