fps drop

i have the helios 300 and got 2 tb disk for it, i am having a prob in games mostly league of legends with my fps drop can someone please help, i tried everything on you tube, my max fps is 55 and it could drop to 22 and sometimes 7 in huge fights

    my vga and windows up to date and vsync is turned off, but how to reset my vga software please,my cpu heat is between 75 deg and 85 
    i dnt think sound should be a problem cause its a gaming laptop it should work fine, vga 1060, ddr4 256, 2 tb disk core i7 7th generation
