Acer Aspire 5 A515-51G -79D7 is giving very slight electric shocks while on battery

i have a fuzzy feeling when i work with my laptop and the metal body is giving me very small electricity...it is very annoying!!
and please note that when i work with my laptop "While It's On Battery" still i have the problem!
Please Help :/

    Most likely it is a grounding issue. I suggest you to contact Acer, or if you are still within the return policy of your retailer, ask for a replacement.
    Always post the following characterisitcs of the device:
    -Model number
    -Part number(not required, but helpful)
    -CPU
    -GPU
    -Operating system

    Helios 300 and Nitro 5 users DO NOT update the BIOS to version 1.22 if you don't want the keyboard's backlight to turn off after 30 seconds even when the device is plugged in.

    You can try resetting the battery using the pinhole reset button (battery symbol) at the bottom side of your laptop. This process will temporarily disconnect and then reconnect the internal battery. You need to Insert a paperclip into the hole and press for four seconds. This would also release the accumulated static charges.

    The same problem is in my acer aspire 5 too
    i also got shock from it once even it was not plugged in(charging)

    i didnt find any solution for this
    i think its just because of the metal body of the laptop
    dont worry you will get used to it after a while  =)

    I don't think this is something that is OK and you need get used to. If you can return the laptop and get a replacement.
