Is there a fix for PredatorSense for *NEW* Helios 500?

This is the error I keep getting. I have (of course) installed Ryzen Master (both the support pages recommended 1.3.0 and later version 1.5.1.862 via the general webpage), restarted multiple times, and I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling Predator sense (initial version was something like... 3.01.something? I uninstalled before noting. Support page shows version 3.00.3004, but one time I uninstalled it and it said 3.00.3005? idk). This is obviously an issue as all of the predator functions are controlled through there. I saw older posts concerning the creator's update; that was last year so could that even be an issue still? I also don't see too many concerning my model laptop. And yes, I still see the processes start, and tried compatibility mode and closing out the service and running it in admin. Anyhow, anyone in the same boat and/or find solutions?

Update! After another couple of reinstalls, it no longer shows the logo upon starting. HOWEVER, I am now aware that the fans kick on louder upon the service overriding their normal state. This confirms my suspicion that I have no fan control via cool boost driver, as predator sense seems to over ride it. Only thing that I can think of right now is to uninstall and reinstall it each time after modifying the HW_Support file in the plugs folder in the install (see below). So far I understand RGB lighting values (they work!), and I know not to touch aaaaanything else haha. Anyone know a better way of patching in updated settings as to not reinstall? Or otherwise know what to set fan values to if I want cool boost to work? (or what the manual fan value range is)

    Did you ever resolve this?

How did you get PredatorSense working?

Hey! Sorry, I haven't responded sooner; so it was 2 things. I got it working, but only after I did a soft windows reset. (didn't have to lose data or anything. I forget what method I used exactly, but i found it by googling). Secondly, and I only noticed it after the reset, I had been attempting to launch predator sense through a desktop shortcut. For some reason, apps (not programs) are bugged when launched that way. It didn't work at all when I attempted to launch that way (no startup icon even). It wasn't until I launched it though hitting the windows key and searching for it that it worked, and since then it has worked 100% of the time. So, try that, and even running it with cmd.exe if you're having issues before soft resetting, is my suggestion. I can't replicate the old error, so Idk if that's what was causing it or not.
