Hi,
Go to Acer support site, download Predator sense from there, then use a program like Revouninstaller Free or similar program to completely remove the current installation without any leftover files, then install the fresh copy downloaded from Acer site, what's the full model name?

With what bios did your laptop ship with? Did it use 1.16 by default ? If no, who installed it? You with Insydeflash or windows update did it with it's own flashing software ?

Try rolling back to bios 1.06 and see it that helps
If that fixes the issue, manually update to 1.16 with Insyde flash.

I will answer here and not in the other topic you made.
The reason why Predator Sense is not working on your system is because the BIOS is not reporting the correct mother board name.
After reviewing again your system info I see that it is reporting "PH517-51", however it should report this "Predator PH517-51"

Predator Sense installation software check's the motherboard's name and since it can't find "Predator" name in it, it will not detect it as a compatible system and will not allow install.

As I suggested, try downgrading your BIOS to 1.06 and maybe reflash 1.16 from there.
If this does not help and your motherboard name remains "PH517-51", then unfortunately the only remaining solution is to RMA your laptop.
