Sorry, you must contact ACER service thru this link https://www.acer.com/ac/en/AE/content/contacts by phone or email to resolve this issue. Jack E/NJ

When did you submit the post originally?  I have a no bootable device and no boot priority order on the boot tab post I submitted earlier this evening.  It has not yet gone up and I can't find this on the community.  If this has been answered can someone give me a link to this please?

CEAK  Not sure what what you are referring to? What is your ACER model number? What are you trying to do? No boot prioritiy order probably means that either (1) Your boot drive has failed or is corrupted or not connected (2) Your boot drive is GPT partitioned and your BIOS is in legacy mode or (3) Your boot drive is MBR partitioned and your BIOS is in UEFI mode. Aspire 1 A114-31 series.   What can I do?  I've got a boot USB, 3 actually: for PC Repair, Drivers, Windows 10 from software repair world.  If the computer cannot see any other drives will it be able to boot via the USB?

Yes it should boot from USB but only if the USB pendrive is GPT-partitioned, not MBR-partitioned. Jack E/NJ

I bought one as I was uncertain about how to make one correctly, I got it from here: https://www.softwarerepairworld.com/products/acer-recovery-usb-for-windows-10-home-and-professional-32-64-bit  Does that look good to you?  If I have the USB in the laptop will it automatically boot up?  And if they are good in your opinion which one should I use to keep the data on the drive?

This looks like a generic Win10 version that should boot if GPT partitioned. But it won't install Win10 if the BIOS Information Tab does not show at least one eMMC, HDD or SSD disk. You might have to try all 3 usb ports to find one that the BIOS will boot from. Jack E/NJ

It does respond to the Windows 10 USB (not the Repair one)  I haven't tried the Drivers.  When I selected the underlined Repair option it had to squares coming next a Troubleshoot one with Tools on it and a Turn Off the PC button, but with no functionality of the touchpad mouse I don't know how to select these.  If I install Windows 10 will it erase my data?

This link shows the screens I am seeing:  https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/windows_10-windows_install-winpc/how-to-perform-a-custom-installation-of-windows/38adfa8c-32f8-4354-8c53-13b5f2cf7e44

And this one the current screen after the R underlined Repair Screen with Install Now in a box, it has the title Activate Windows:

I want to keep all my data so am pausing in caution.

What do you do with your keyboard in order to perform the Repair function because that is what I want to do?

It hasn't started the actual installing yet according to a bar at the bottom, it is stage 1. Collection information.  stage 2. Installing Windows has not yet been reached according to the progress bar.

I suspect I can turn the computer off, Start Again and if you tell me how to select Repair choose that.

Can someone tell me how to do this.  This is probably basic for many of you, but not yet me.

First turn the machine off. Then turn it on again and immediately start tapping the F2 key till the BIOS menu appears. Does the BIOS Information Tab show any eMMC, HDD or SSD drives like the image below? Jack E/NJ

I have managed to get in a bit.  My priority is data.  I want to copy my C: drive to my Seagate Backup Plus Drive, but I have No Mouse.  How do I do that from here? This is the screen I'm on:

I have found a way in but cannot see a path to my data and the only items showing up do not add up to the data used:

How do I copy the C: drive contents and then how do I access my data?

From the X:\> command prompt, enter C:

Does the command prompt change to C:\>  or something similar?
