Hello guys,
I have tryed to install linux on my laptop. Formated whole HDD, so it was empty. Tryed to install fedora, but installing stuck when it come to the bootloader part.
After that I tryed to install ubuntu and now it stucked on grub2 install - to be more specific on this part (installing for x86_64-efi platform). The problem is that when it come to the part of installing that part (bootloader) my laptop freezes so I must turn off it with holding for 5sec turnoff button.
I followed so many tutorials about resolving this problem and now when I turn my laptop on, it shows GNU GRUB command line.

Are there people who had the same issue like me and is there any solution?

Thanks

I installed rEFInd boot management and figured out with it I can boot linux when select option : Boot boot/vmlinuz-4.15.0-29-generic from 465 GiB ext4 volume. So only that loader works, others just open grub command line. Others are labeled as a EFI system partiton and they are in EFI/BOOT... while this one which work is labeled as a ext4 volume and it is in /boot/,,
Is there any way to put this bootloader as a default? Thanks
