Helios 500 Fn+F6 not working.

Fn+F6 should turn off the screen, but nothing is happening. Any idea what should I do? Or it's impossible to do so on PH500?

Hi,
You could try reinstalling Quick Access Application, download it from Acer support site, then uninstall the current installation with Revo uninstaller free or similar program, scan and delete any leftover files, reboot and install the downloaded Application.
