optane memory on acer swift 3

please help, i have acer swift SF314-54G with intel optane memory installed but i can not enable it on intel rapid storage technology. the text is grayed off. what should i do? thanks in advance.

Hi,
Yes, you have Intel Optane support for this model, go to BIOS screen, move to Main tab and check SATA mode, if it's in AHCI mode, click and switch to Intel RST with Optane mode.

Hi,
Could you please go to Device manager, expand Storage controllers and right click Intel chipset RAID, select Properties, find the driver version and post, also post the snip of your Disk management.
EDIT: Please check the installation procedure for Intel Optane, mainly the section 2.1.1
