    It is asking product key. But I dint received any key during purchase, but paid complete amount even everything

      When you purchase a product, you will get a 30 days of trial pack only for all Acer computers as complimentary so you have to pay and get the Microsoft office from Microsoft or else you can download open office which is a look alike software
