Good morning gentlemen!
I always restart the factory settings of my notebook (Aspire E 15), but after I upgrade to windows 10, and when I went to do the factory restore, it just did not work. When you select "Reset your PC" the message "Insert your windows installation or recovery media to continue" appears.
On my partitions I still have "*: Push Button Reset" and "*:Recovery".
Does anyone know how I can solve the problem?
Thank you!

If you are unable to do a factory reset by pressing Alt + F10, the recovery partition may have been damaged.  Next step is to use your Acer eRecovery medium or a Windows 10 recovery medium.

    You are most welcome.
It is no longer free.  So the cheaper/quicker solution is to download the Windows 10 .iso & burn it to an USB with Rufus. The Acer drivers will have to be installed as well.
