Hello,It should be a memory issue (memory modules) according to the bios beep codes.0

In the acer manual it states that the mother board is unable to communicate with the VGA card. There is no VGA card in my Acer Aspire. The GPU is integrated with the CPU. Consequently I have no video display. If I were to install a video card would I then have a video display?0

Try this step.
You will need to open the computer.Reseat your Graphics card.... test it in it also.
Let me know if that worked.
Also it may be a RAM RELATED ISSUE.
So first try the above step and let me know
