Before anyone would link me to another website that resolves this issue, I could not find anyone like mines to fix it.

As soon as I turn on my PC, it says "acer explore beyond limits" with a loading circle only. Others have their own system repair while mine doesn't.

After the circle loads for a few seconds, it takes it to the "Your PC ran into a problem and needs to restart. We're just collecting some error info, and then we'll restart for you." Stop code: 0xc000021a

Then takes it into an infinite loop. I cannot fix this issue with any alternative method unless I see the system repair option.

I have also tried to make USB and DVD restoration, but it seems useless because the PC doesn't seem to detect it. I plugged in my keyboard and the light on my Num Lock turns on - which means it might work somehow. So I pressed F8, F10, F11, F12 like others told me to, but nothing seems to work for me to open up the restoration file from USB or DVD.

If anyone can please help me out with this situation, I appreciate it.

desktop model and windows OS version installed?

you can try to press Alt+F10 keys at boot to start windows recovery and try to repair your system.
    I'm not an Acer employee.

I also have the same problem, but after pressing Alt+F10, I went straight into repair system option, I tried repairing by going through the system directory, but I did not know how to repair my system, so anyone please help me or give me some advice with this.
