Hi
I've a Bamboo Ink and I paired it with my Acer SP513-51, but the system sees it as a keyboard and not as a pen and doesn't work.
Just the bottom button works and opens the windows ink area, but no way to write or draw.
The pen as I see is compatible with this laptop and also with windows 10. I tried to install new wacom drivers but the file .exe doesn't see the pen too due the uncorrect pairing. Solutions?
Thank you very much in advance

    Hi Firejade,
Try the following steps to see if your issue is fixed.

    1)  Try to update the Human-Interface Device Adapter

    a. Press “Windows + X”.

    b. Select “device manager”

    c. Right click on drivers under “Human-Interface Device” and select “Update”.

    d. Restart the computer.

You may also refer to the Acer support website and try to install the Windows 10 drivers for the Touchscreen.

     2)  If it is disabled by  chance, try the following steps to enable it and check if it helps.

    a. Press Windows key + W, select Control Panel, then Hardware and Sounds.

    b. Select Pen and Touch and go to the Touch tab.

    c. At the top check the option "Use your finger as an input device” to enable Touch.

    d. Click Apply and then OK.

    3)    If the issue persists,  try to run Hardware and Device troubleshooter.

    a. Press Windows key + W.

    b. Type Troubleshooting in the search box right up corner and hit enter.

    c. Click on Troubleshooting tab.

    d. Click on view all option on the upper left corner.

    e. Select the Hardware and Device options from the list.

    f. Click Next to run the Hardware and Device Troubleshooter.

Let me know if this fixes the issue

Unfortunately I already tried these steps.
The Bamboo Ink is still in keyboard mode and no way to make it works as a pen.
I thought it's a trouble of incorrect pairing at the 1st time I did it and windows still pairs yhe pen as a keyboard, but I'm not able to change that issue or find out correct drivers.
