purchased warranty of 2 years from https://www.shopacer.co.in but not showing in warranty details

purchased warranty of 2 years from https://www.shopacer.co.in as instructed by the officials here https://www.acer.com/ac/en/IN/content/service-contact but whenever i am checking the warranty details its not showing as extended since i bought it on 07/12/2017 and since by default there is 1year warranty which is 07/12/2018  after extension it should be 07/12/2020 but its showing 07/12/2018

    If the extended warranty is not reflecting in the warranty details, then just do the following.
     Contact acer support team via phone.
    They will request you to upload the proof of purchase in a website they send.
    Ones you upload the Proof of purchase for the extended warranty , the back end team will update the information in 24/48 working hours.
    After that you will get the extended warranty support.

    A curious error message popped up at the shop.acer.co.in website: "Automatic location detection failed. Please fill in your address."  Any website that asks for personal information from the outset, make one suspicious; especially in light of this thread.  An extended warranty purchased in 2017 should have been registered by now.  Hopefully it is just a clerical error.

    Kamalika was right after purchasing the warranty i had to goto http://apn.acer.co.in/loginpage.aspx and under the tab end customers reseller warranty registration enter the details along with Easy Care Serial Number and voila :p
