Laptop charging then stops charging.

I have looked at the previous post and done the instructions mentioned. It did not work out for me, I have the Acer Nitro 515-51 model and the charger is the PA-1131-16. Please help.

    Hi MakaAikawa,
    If your computer is charging for sometime and then stops charging then it may be a connection issue with the charger.
    Please let me know if the charger fits in properly in the port on your computer. Also when the computer stops charging please check and let me know if you still see the charging light at that time on the computer. If the charging light is not showing it means its an issue with the charger connection.Also could please let me know as to what troubleshooting you have tried so that I help you further.

    It might be a problem with the charger because I see the light going off at the side of the computer. I will most likely have to buy a new charger. Thank you for your input!

    Thanks for your response. Please try with a different charger. However before doing that please just have a look at the port of the computer to see where the charger goes in if the port pin is fine. If USB pin is fine then just get another charger. Please let me know if this fixed your issue.
